Senior Spa Therapist – Advanced Treatments
Our Senior Spa Therapist position is for experienced therapists who take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients.
Alongside core treatments, you’ll be delivering more advanced treatments, with the opportunity to develop further into areas such as skin peels, microneedling, radio frequency, laser, electrolysis, blemish removal and HIFU, depending on your interests and experience.
We’re looking for someone confident, caring and professional, with client care that’s second to none. Someone who’s passionate about the industry, enjoys taking responsibility, and wants to keep learning and improving.
As a senior therapist, you’ll also play a part in supporting and guiding junior therapists, leading by example and helping maintain the high standards Perfection is known for – without ego, just good work and teamwork.

My husband and I opened Perfection in 2011 and built it from the ground up. Over the years it’s grown into a multi award-winning clinic just outside Malmesbury, Wiltshire, set in a peaceful farm location. It’s a place I’m incredibly proud of – and one that our clients and team genuinely enjoy being part of.
We specialise in laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, electrolysis, wellbeing and beauty. Everything we do is built on care, consistency and doing things properly, which is why we’re lucky to have over 450 five-star Google reviews and such a loyal client base.

The Senior Spa Therapist Position
This is a hands-on therapy role delivering consistently high-quality treatments and exceptional client experiences.
You’ll enjoy a wide variety of treatments, not the same thing all day, every day, and you’ll work with regular, loyal clients you genuinely get to know and look after.
You’ll be trusted to work professionally, be passionate about building a diary full of clients who choose to rebook with you, and contribute positively to the wider team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job, loves learning, and is passionate about the beauty, skin and aesthetics industry.

Your hours and work-life balance
We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with hours typically between 16 and 35 per week, so there’s flexibility depending on where you are in life.
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, with two evening shifts per week until 9pm, and alternate Saturdays from 9am–2pm. Fridays finish at 5.30pm, and we don’t work Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We also close completely for two weeks every Christmas, giving you proper time to switch off and enjoy a real break.

Pay, rewards and progression
Pay is £14–£18 per hour depending on experience, with a higher-than-average pay structure across the clinic.
You’ll also earn attractive, achievable commission on products and treatments, with uncapped earning potential, plus performance bonuses and tips.
Training, development and progression really matter to us. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing development, regular one-to-one meetings and clear opportunities to progress as your skills and confidence grow.
