Client Experience Coordinators are so much more than receptionists – they are the hub of the spa and one of the most important roles at Perfection.
You are the first impression and the lasting impression for our clients, setting the tone from the moment they arrive. Your role is to create memorable, thoughtful experiences while keeping the day running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be welcoming and hosting clients, making teas and coffees, managing the diary, supporting the therapists, handling laundry, and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after throughout their visit.
This role suits someone who is warm, calm and organised, with lots of energy and a naturally friendly, smiley manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble. You enjoy being on your feet, take pride in creating a lovely atmosphere, and have great attention to detail, communication and telephone skills.
Looking after people comes naturally to you, and it shows. You are a huge part of the client experience here – never just a receptionist – helping us create world-class experiences that clients remember long after they leave.
