Perfection is thrilled to have Rachael as a member of our team. She initially joined us as a receptionist in 2018, and though she had to leave in 2020 due to personal reasons, we were overjoyed to welcome her back in 2021.
Her cheerful and bubbly personality has won the hearts of everyone at Perfection, and she plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients.
With a background in customer service from her time at British Airways, Rachael’s skills are second to none. She has a remarkable ability to remember everyone’s names, their families, and even their pets, making each client feel seen and valued.
Her passion for creating the ultimate experience for our clients is evident in everything she does, and she is a vital part of the Perfection team.
Rachael’s outstanding work ethic and dedication have seen her promoted to the role of Michelle’s PA, where she contributes to vital tasks such as VAT invoices, spreadsheets, and customer relations.
She has also been instrumental in our recruitment process, working alongside Georgia to ensure that we offer the best opportunities to new team members. Rachael is a natural leader and is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues.
At Perfection, Rachael has become known as the “Mother Hen” of the clinic. Her warmth and caring nature have earned her this endearing nickname, and she plays a significant role in creating a sense of community among our team.
When she’s not working, Rachael loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, Rob, and their three children. She is also a passionate caretaker to her horse, Billie, who has become the newest member of her family.
Rachael’s infectious energy and positive attitude make her a joy to work with, and her love for her job is evident in everything she does.
Her favourite treatment is the Hydra Facial, which she loves for its instant results and the way it makes her skin look and feel.
