We believe that everyone deserves a little bit of luxury in their lives. Our highly trained team of beauty experts are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service, in a warm and welcoming environment.

We understand that your time is valuable, so we’ve made booking appointments with us easy and convenient. Simply book online or give us a call to schedule your next visit.

Our treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice, therefore we recommend you arrive five minutes prior to your first appointment to allow yourself time to complete the compulsory health questionnaire and relax.

Prior to your arrival, if you do have any questions regarding any of our treatments, your visit to Perfection or have any special requirements you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking Appointments

There are a number of ways to make treatment reservations…

We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment as we are often very busy. If you are unsure what to book, our highly skilled therapists will be delighted to advise you and recommend treatments to suit your requirements.

Our treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice, therefore we recommend you arrive five minutes prior to your first appointment to allow plenty of time to complete our compulsory Health Questionnaire and to relax. Arriving late will only deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that unexpected events can sometimes arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be interested in booking during that time.

In the event that you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we regret to inform you that the full cost of the treatments booked will be charged.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient booking process. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always here to help!

We also understand that sometimes plans can change, and you may need fewer treatments than you originally booked. While we always strive to accommodate your needs, please note that the original price for the treatments you booked still applies, even if you end up receiving fewer treatments on the day of your appointment.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late to your treatment we will do our best to honour your full treatment time however, it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other clients.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice, or regrettably the full cost of treatment(s) will be charged. Clients can notify us via telephone, email or WhatsApp, whichever is most convenient. If telephoning during closing hours, please just leave us a message. Regrettably, full charges will be imposed for no shows.

Health Matters

To ensure that you receive the best possible treatments and experience, we kindly request that you inform us of any medical concerns or conditions you may have at the time of booking, including if you are pregnant.

Upon arrival at Perfection we will also ask that you fill out a brief consultation to further ensure that the treatments you receive are appropriate and tailored to your needs. If you are undergoing treatment, affected by, or recovering from cancer, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can best accommodate your needs.


At Perfection we are delighted to offer a range of treatments that are suitable for expectant mothers. If you are pregnant, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can best assist you in selecting treatments that are appropriate for you.

Please note that for the safety of you and your baby, we are unable to offer face or body treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is always here to help and provide you with the information you need.

Patch Tests

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities here at Perfection. That’s why we always recommend having a patch test before certain treatments, such as lash lifts, tints and some chemical peels. A patch test is a quick and simple procedure that helps us determine if you have any allergic reactions to the products we use.

By taking a little extra time to perform a patch test, we can ensure that your treatment is as safe and enjoyable as possible. Plus, it gives us the peace of mind to know that we’re providing the best possible service to you.

So, next time you’re scheduling a treatment with us, don’t forget to ask about a patch test. We promise it’s a small step that can make a big difference in ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for you. Regrettably some treatments will not be able to be carried out if patch tests haven’t been completed.


At Perfection we adore families, but for a more relaxing experience for all, we always suggest leaving your children at home.

We understand that this isn’t always possible. So if you do need to bring your little one/s along, well behaved children are always welcome in our salon as long as they are nice and quiet.

Clinic Etiquette

We want you to enjoy your experience at our clinic; in fact, we want it to be the best. For your convenience, disposable underwear is provided for tanning and wet treatments. Please do not worry if you are unfamiliar with any of our treatments, all our therapists are highly experienced and are trained to consider client modesty, ensuring you are comfortable at all times.

At your service

As part of your complete experience, our trained therapists will gladly recommend a skincare routine and be on hand to offer expert advice to enable your to continue your treatment benefits at home. Our professional products are available to purchase from reception.

A selection of complimentary refreshments, up-to-date reading material and product tasters are available at reception so please feel free to help yourself.

Our best reward is your personal recommendation; gratuities are therefore left at your discretion. We also welcome any suggestions, comments and feedback on the service we provide, so please feel free to express your views and share your thoughts.

Going the Extra Mile

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require a tailor-made package or an appointment outside of our official opening hours. We will always be as accommodating as possible.

If during your treatment you would like the lighting, music, massage pressure or room temperature to be altered, please inform your therapist at any time.
