Her dedication to attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence resulted in her qualifying with the highest grade possible, a Triple Distinction, and earning the titles of 'Dermalogica Student of the Year' and 'Stroud College Student of the Year'.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Michelle has held senior positions as Head Therapist and Senior Therapist in some of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire's most prestigious five-star spas.
In 2011, Michelle and her supportive husband Simon started Perfection, converting an old cowshed into the award-winning clinic it is today. Despite having no business experience, Michelle's passion and dedication led the business to grow rapidly into the large team she has today.
The growth was so fast that Simon converted the upstairs of the salon into four additional treatment areas, as well as a dedicated office and staff room next door.
Michelle's background in Human Biology at A level has helped her develop a deep interest in Anatomy, Physiology, and skincare. Michelle and her team are always up-to-date with the latest products and technologies, with training being a top priority.
