Booking Appointments

Treatment reservations can be made by contacting us directly on 01666 822 811, emailing us or by using our Online Booking System. We strongly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available and to avoid disappointment as we do get very busy. If you are unsure of what to book our highly skilled therapists will be delighted to advise you and recommend treatments to suit your requirements.

Our treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice, therefore we recommend you arrive five minutes prior to your first appointment to allow yourself time to complete the compulsory health questionnaire and to relax. Arriving late will only deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment!

Health Matters

Please confirm any medical conditions that we should be aware of at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you of the treatments we can offer at this special time.

Some treatments will require a skin sensitivity patch test up to twenty-four hours before your treatment. You will be advised at the time of booking if this is necessary.

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honour your full treatment time however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other clients.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide twenty-four hours notice or regrettably the full cost of treatment/s will be charged. Clients can notify us via telephone or email whichever is easiest or if we are closed, just leave us a message. Regrettably full charges will be imposed for ‘no shows’.


We are very proud of our high standards and guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any of the treatments you have received please notify us within five days, in person, by telephone or by email and we will invite you back in and carry out services necessary to provide complete satisfaction.  At the end of the day, our goals are the same; you require a fantastic treatment and we don’t want you to be disappointed.

Please note: If we are unable to rectify the issue, any refunds due will be given in the form of a Perfection Gift Voucher.  Cash refunds are not available.

Gift Vouchers

Beautifully presented gift vouchers are available for any monetary value or beauty treatment. These can be purchased at reception, via telephone or online, and ultimately solve the ‘what to buy’ dilemma for that special occasion, anniversary surprise, birthday treat or just because you care. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments and/or products.

We also stock a wide range of professional beauty products which make ideal presents for the beauty enthusiast. If you are struggling to find the right product our therapists will be delighted to offer you a complimentary skin care consultation or provide tailored product information to ensure you choose the perfect gift, please ask if we can assist in any way.

Loyalty Scheme

Perfection Skin & Beauty Clinic are delighted to offer their clients a loyalty scheme. We are committed to providing a service untouchable by any other salon and believe that loyalty should be recognised. We have created an effective loyalty scheme to thank our clients for their continued loyalty. Our customers are at the heart of our business and we never take this for granted.


We are pleased to offer all of our clients plenty of FREE Parking in the courtyard directly outside the salon. No more paying for car parks, bad hair days or an embarrassing rendezvous without any Make-Up on!

Salon Etiquette

We want you to enjoy your experience at our salon; in fact we want it to be the best. For your convenience, disposable underwear is provided for tanning and wet treatments. Please do not worry if you are unfamiliar with any of our treatments, all our therapists are highly experienced and are trained to consider client modesty and ensure you are comfortable at all times.

At Your Service

As part of your complete experience our trained therapists will gladly recommend a skincare routine and be on hand to offer expert advice to enable you to continue your treatment benefits at home. Our professional products are available to purchase from reception.

A selection of complimentary refreshments, up-to-date reading material and product testers are available at reception so please feel free to help yourself.

Our best reward is your personal recommendation; gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. We also welcome any suggestions, comments and feedback on the service in which we provide so please feel free to express your views and share your thoughts.

Going the Extra Mile

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require a tailor made package or an appointment outside our official opening hours we will always be as accommodating as possible.

If during your treatment you would like the lighting, music, massage pressure or room temperature to be altered please inform your therapist at any time during the treatment. Clients have the option of selecting their preferred music choice from our extensive music selection. We are also delighted to offer all clients the chance to bring in their own iPod which can be plugged into our sound system for those who prefer to listen to their own personal music collection.

Perfection Pets

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Manicure and Pedicure Lounge.
