What to do when you arrive at the salon

Outside the salon

Well firstly…welcome back!

While we were closed, we were busy preparing for our reopening with lots of new safety, hygiene and distancing measures in place.

As such, we are kindly asking clients not to make an appointment if:

• You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
• Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

It’s really important that you arrive on time for your appointment. Of course, you can arrive early however unfortunately you will have to wait in your car as we cannot allow you to come into the salon until your therapist is ready. It is also really important that you don’t arrive late.

Unfortunately, due to new procedures that the therapists now need to follow between clients, there is no wiggle room for late arrivals. Regrettably, if you do arrive late we will have to shorten your precious treatment time, which we definitely don’t want to do.

We ask you to please wait inside your car, ready for your therapist to come and collect you. Before you leave the car your therapist will go through a brief safety questionnaire and will also do a temperature check.  Please don’t be put off by our super sonic protective visors, we may look very scary but I promise it’s still the same friendly Perfectionists you all remember.

Once this has been done, your therapist will then lead you into the salon. Please just make sure you remove and dispose of any gloves before leaving your car.

Reception Sign
Please be sure to bring a face mask. If you do not have one, a face mask will be available to purchase from the salon (£2), although we would encourage you to bring your own. Unfortunately we cannot allow you into the salon without a face covering.

Please also ensure that you only bring the bear minimum of belongings with you into the salon. A small plastic box will be made available in each treatment room / area for your belongings i.e keys and phones, we will also provide you with a santising wipe to clean your phone before coming inside. I am sure we are all aware of the amount of bacteria that can fester on a mobile device, and we cannot afford to take any risks

As I am sure you are already use to by now, before entering the salon you will be asked to sanitise your hands.  Your therapist will open and close all doors for you and don’t be offended if they go behind all the touch points with a wipe, we are just being ultra cautious and looking after all of your safety.

We will be operating a One Way System in the salon, so once your treatment is completed your therapist will escort you to the reception area where you can pay for any products and book in for your next appointment. Please note, we only have space for one person in the reception area at any one time, so please bear with us if there is a slight delay.

We will be taking payments for all treatments three days ahead of your appointment, obviously as we are due to start this Monday this will only come into effect as from Wednesday, this will limit the amount of cash we take, we obviously prefer card as a method of payment however  we do understand if you only have cash on you.

Should you wish to leave your therapist a cash tip, please ask Rachael on reception for a named envelope and this will be passed onto your therapist.
