To ensure we can accommodate all of our wonderful clients we will temporarily be working
7 days a week from 8am to 9pm.
As you can imagine things for a while are going to be very different, we have stripped back our beloved soft furnishings and fluffy blankets and replaced all of these with wipeable covers so we can disinfect and clean everything thoroughly for your own safety and reassurance.
The processes we have in place are to ensure we are making it as safe as we can for you and ourselves and limiting contact with members of the team and clients. We have a lot of new processes and regulations that we MUST ALL FOLLOW to ensure we open, stay open and stay safe, as we certainly don’t want to be closed again any time soon.
We have spent hours upon hours, thinking about how we can operate safely whilst giving you the best experience possible, the government have restricted which treatments we can and can’t do and unfortunately last night decided to change our guidelines so we can no longer offer any form of treatment on the face, which as I am sure you are, as we are, gutted about. Fingers crossed this will be reviewed again soon.
I know you are probably unsure as to what we can and can’t offer so we’ve listed our new safety procedures / opening times and a treatment list all below, outlining how things will need to be done and what safety measures have been put in place. We really hope this will give you lots of reassurance and demonstrate the depth of thought we have gone into to ensure we can open safely and treat you with confidence.
It’s so important that we all adhere to these new ‘Perfection Commandments’ to keep everybody all safe. All we would really need from you, our clients, is just at the beginning, until we find our feet, is to be patient and understanding. The team are all super excited to be back, complete with all of their full PPE but there will be a lot of new things to remember and lots of additional things to do between treatments.
There’s no doubt it’s going to be a really short, steep learning curve for us all and no doubt there may be a few hiccups along the way (hopefully no internet dramas), but we are going to do our very best and I have every faith in you and my team that we will work together as we always do and provide you with the best and safest service possible.

Regrettably our toilet will only be available for staff use only until further notice. Please be sure to come prepared and use the loo before visiting.
PLEASE COME ALONE
Please avoid bringing anyone with you to your appointment (including children) as we are limited to the number of clients permitted in the salon at any one time. If you require a carer, please email us at email@example.com and we can chat through some alternative solutions for you.
TEA AND COFFEE
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our fabulous tea and coffee however, rest assured, we are are still able to offer our gorgeous ice cumber and mint water.
There is a temporary minimum spend per visit of £25 due to the time it takes to sanitise and clean after each client for everyone’s safety.
